This strap will work with 1989 1990 1991 1992 1993 1994 1995 1996 1997 Thunderbird / Cougar gas tanks.  

This is the removable gas tank strap for 1992-1997 fuel tanks, the other strap is integrated into the gas tank shield. 

We offer gas tank shield kits with both straps in another listing.
